Making Money From Investments Through The Kampung Way - Kampung Investor Dot Com

SUCCESS (7207) is listed on the main board under industrial products. SUCCESS in full is Success Transformer Corporation Berhad. SUCCESS is the largest low-voltage transformer and industrial lighting manufacturers in Malaysia.

If you want to invest in PENTA, i would rather put my money on SUCCESS rather then PENTA. I made a post on PENTA - You are asking for trouble!

Why SUCCESS? The reasons are fairly simple.

Healthy Financial Highlights

More then 10Q, Success is in the green. In short, making money. After 3Q, the total EPS for SUCCESS stood at 16.06sen for year end 31st Dec 2009.

So we can project that SUCCESS will have another 4 to 5sen EPS in the coming quarter making it’s total EPS for year end will be around 20+

Low PE

With a projected PE of around 20, we can say that at current price of RM1.22, the PE for SUCCESS is around, 6.1!

Lots of catching up to do

With the current market being so hot and the overall market average PE is around 17+, SUCCESS has a lot of catching up to do.

Not stingy in giving out dividend

The past 6Q, SUCCESS has given out dividend of 3sen per share. So if the market goes against us, we can take as putting money in FD.

Conclusion

SUCCESS is a better bet if you want me to compare to PENTA. We can sleep well, investing in such companies as they are solid and fundamentally strong.

Not only that, SUCCESS does gives out dividend as well. The main reason, i haven’t enter into SUCCESS is because most of my cash are already in the stock market. ^^ Wouldn’t hesitate if i have the extra cash.

Even top financial blogger CK5354, has done 5 lots of success. Looks like we share the same sentiments!

Time will tell whether SUCCESS will be another success story in Kampung Investor or not?
