PENTA - You are asking for trouble!
PENTA (7160) is listed on the main board under technology sector. PENTA is the short form for Pentamaster Corporation Berhad. PENTA provides advance manufacturing automation solutions and services.
Of late PENTA has been in the spotlight. Heavy buying and selling on this counter making it one of the most active counters in Bursa Malaysia.
PENTA even received a letter from Bursa on unusual market activity of late.
Imagine you have jump into PENTA and bought into it, how could you sleep well at night thinking of what’s going to happen to PENTA the next day?
Always do your homework before jumping into the bandwagon. PENTA had been loosing money with negative EPS for 7Q and i for once will not touch this counter even though my friends tell me something is cooking in this company.
I guess, i really have learned my lesson well during my university days when i will just follow blindly no matter what people tell or say. Luckily my mother bailed me out that time! ^^
How could you invest in companies with such financial highlights? See for yourself!
Don’t get a shocked of your life as i am pretty sure many uncle and aunties will be caught buying into PENTA during this kind of hot market. Don’t laugh as it’s a fact.

Conclusion
Pandai pandai lah when you want to play with such speculative counters. If you are lucky, you can make some quick bucks but if you are not lucky, you will get bugs!
As a fundamental investor, Penta is certainly not my cup of tea. I really hope people out there will adopt fundamental analysis in stock investing. Don’t be blind follow the blind!
