Step 1

Delete most evidence of ever being online

In Firefox:
a. Select “Tools”
b. Select “Clear Private Data…”

In IE:
a. Select “Tools”
b. Select “Internet Options”
c. Click “Delete…”
d. Click each of the top four buttons to delete everything except your passwords

Click the Start Button. Click “Recent Items.” Right-click any porn file in the list and select “Delete.”

Step 4

Check the folder where you download files to. Make sure you didn’t download a picture and forget it was there. If you did, don’t send it to the Recycle Bin. Hold down Shift and press Delete. Click “Yes” to confirm.

Step 6

Empty the Recycle Bin, or check for and delete any porn files that are in it.
