How much money do you spend on eating every month?
I am pretty sure most of us spend a big chunk of money monthly just for eating. Some of us eat to live while others live to eat. For me, i eat to live.
Below is how much i spend on eating every month :-
Marketing allowances for my mother :- RM 250
Fast Food twice a month :- RM 30
Japanese Food twice a month :- RM 40
Mamak Stall :- RM 20
Cafes :- RM 50
Total :- RM 400
Most of the time i spend my time eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at home. I think eating at home is the best rather then eating out side. The time i spend eating outside is when my friends ask me out to eat. Other then that, it’s all home sweet home.
How about you? How much do you spend a month just eating? Make sure you calculate how much you spend on eating as you might be surprised that you are really spending loads on eating.
Another advice, do not waste food as there are many out there have nothing to eat. Be thankful that you are not facing hunger!

I also spend most of my salary on eat. RM300 per month. Will increase if my gf is back from holiday.
Hmmmm… seems like I hidup untuk makan not makan untuk hidup.

If you spend only RM 300 a month how can you say you hidup untuk makan? I spend RM 400 but i makan untuk hidup woh.. ^^
You should be spending like RM 1000 only on eating! Lolx!

Wow, Kampung Boy, how wonderful you are able to enjoy fast food and Japanese food twice a month respectively.
I am married with 2 children. My monthly makan expenses is about RM600 for the whole family. This include my outside lunch at about RM100 a month at kopitiam during working day. My family and I normally will go for fast food if there is any special occassion. Otherwise, we will have all our meals at home.

No choice la brother. Save money so once in a while must pamper myself a bit lor.. Right? If not save and save and save do what woh? Lolx..
I am still single and available so my makan money one month only RM 400. Don’t know what will happen if got girl friend in the future. -_-
But for your family just to spend RM 600 a month is very very safe already right? Your wife is a house wife har brother?

Nope, she is working as well.
Actually, we are very health concious. That is why we always try to get foods at reasonable (such as special discount at hypermarket) price and cook at home. We also have organic foods occasionally because it is really very expensive. Normally, organic foods are 3 or 4 times higher than non-organic one.
