Express bus fares up when oil is cheap

Written on June 10, 2009 – 12:21 am | by Kampung Boy |

Once again, Malaysians are burdened with a massive 30% increase of bus fares nationwide.

The spike in prices was suppose to be one month during last Hari Raya but our caring government didn’t care to revoke the prices. Now, the spike is permanent.

As usual, in Malaysia the first people to make noise when crude oil is up are the business people. Automatically after that, they will increase the prices of goods and foods.

Bare in mind the crude oil price has dropped from a high of 150$ to 70$ per barrel but will the business people ever lower down their prices? The answer is hell No!

They will buat bodoh and act like nothing has happen when the price is down but when the price of crude oil is up, they will be the first to make the most noise.

Once again, the rakyat suffers. What does the rich and top ranked people know about the sufferings of the poor folks? Ask them to have a RM 800 a month salary and show us how to survive with it.

If they can do it, i raised both my hands and legs up to salute you!

Conclusion

Malaysians are once again raped by the increase of express bus fares. Government isn’t hearing the plight of Malaysians but instead protecting the unscrupulous business people. I am sure Malaysians are very angry lot and would want to show their middle finger in anger!
