Around last week, sold off my GENTING SP (Genting Singapore) at $1.60 for 6000 shares. I got back exactly RM22,048.47 from the sales from my GENTING SP.
My previous post was on FAJAR (7047) and FAJAR-WA (7047-WA). Guess what, i have purchased 5000 shares of FAJAR-WA (7047-WA) at the price of RM0.52 with a total of RM2631.78
FAJAR (7047) or in full Fajarbaru Builder Group Berhad is listed on the main board of the Bursa Malaysia under the construction sector. I will give some simple fundamental analysis on FAJAR and its son FAJAR-WA.

Something to cheer upon for those having AirAsia (5099) stock in their portfolio. According to Tony Fernandes, AirAsia is in a better position as they have solved some issues within the group.
Fernandes didn’t elaborate much on the uncertainties but he said that AirAsia, the airline company was right not paying dividends up to this point because it wanted to build up its cash.
BSTEAD (2771) or in full Boustead Holdings Berhad is listed at the main board of Bursa Malaysia. BSTEAD is listed under the plantation sector and it is one of Malaysia largest diversified conglomerates.
BSTEAD has more then 13000 employees and the major shareholder of BSTEAD is Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera.
Finally i have made up my mind on going Gung Ho on Citibank. I will try my very best to accumulate as much as possible on this baby.
My last post on Citibank was on CITIBANK - I take it! On Wednesday early in the morning Malaysia time, i added another 500 shares of Citibank to my collection.
I am going on the offensive on Citibank as i will try collect more funds to buy in more of this stock. Hoping to average down more from the current price that i have.

SEB or better known as Seremban Engineering Berhad will be listed soon on Bursa Malaysia. Today i need to go to the bank to get the Bankers Cheque for the application for SEB. Oh before that, i already made a post on SEB previously which is Seremban Engineering Berhad - Will you help me make money?
Today i purchased SUCCESS-OS (7207OS) which is the rights issue for Seremban Engineering Berhad. Personally i have purchased 5000 shares of SUCCESS (7207) which entitles me to 333 shares of Seremban Engineering Berhad at RM0.85 per share. My sister is also entitled for 333 shares of Seremban Engineering Berhad (SEB) as she also bought 5000 shares of SUCCESS.
HUNZPTY (5018) or better known as HUNZA PROPERTIES BERHAD is listed at the main board of the Bursa Malaysia under the property sector.
I am currently having a very close look on Hunzpty due to several reasons. Here are the few reasons why i am putting Hunzpty under my radar :-
Hunzpty has a Q2 EPS of 8.93sen and Q1 EPS of 8.81sen which makes its EPS 17.74sen for the first 2 quarters which beats the EPS for the previous year Q1+Q2 EPS which stood at 8.52sen.
With 4Q a year, we can expect Hunzpty PE to stand around at 6 or less with the current price of RM1.27 which makes it very attractive for me. As you all know, stocks that have lower PE always gives me the thrill to invest it.
The high for Hunzpty for 52 weeks is at RM1.85 while it’s low is RM1.16 making it quite safe at current level (RM1.27) if one wants to invest on it.
Share buy back for Hunzpty
Hunzpty have been doing some mild share buying back. This shows they confidence level the directors have in their own company.
Rights Issue of up to 45.2m Rights Shares of RM1.00 par on the basis of 3 Rights Shares for every 10 existing shares held at RM1.10 per Rights together with 45.2m free 5-year Warrants on the basis of 1 free Warrant for every Rights subscribed for, total subscriptions amounted to 55.5m applications representing an oversubscription of 27.08%.
The property sector is slowly picking up as Hunzpty (Hunza Properties Berhad) shows they are a strong and solid company fundamentally with consistent and positive EPS for many quarters.
Hunza Properties Berhad current projects are in Seputeh KL, Gurney Paragon and Infinity. The Semi D units at Seputeh KL has been sold out. This shows that Hunza is a reliable and well known company that makes good properties.
I am looking at HUNZPTY with my eagle eyes. Anything below RM1.20 will be a good bargain. I might even enter at the current price but i will need to consider on the amount of bullets that i still have.
Not only that, HUNZPTY-WB is also a good investment opportunity. Keep you all updated on my next purchase.

GOPENG (2135) is a stock that i bought 2 months ago. If you all still can remember my post was GOPENG - Bought 2500 shares at @0.775.
Yesterday, i sold off all my 2500 shares of GOPENG at the price of RM0.93 with the help of my friend because i couldn’t get online at that time.
